• Documents and templates — Contracts, acts and consignment notes with a digital signature, built from the trip — no retyping.
• Windows / Linux scanner — Desktop app for streaming CMR intake on Windows and Linux straight into the trip card.
• Oregon telematics — GPS, ignition, fuel use and tachograph from Oregon servers — on the vehicle and trip cards.
• CargoTrack — Cargo monitoring and trailer-door sensors on European routes.
• Live Fleet Map — Interactive fleet map for the dispatcher and protected live-share links so a client sees the cargo without workspace access.
• Accountant archive — A monthly ZIP of closing documents behind a password link — no folder dump to disk.
• Driver payroll — Per-diems, km rates, bonuses and deductions per driver from closed trips.
• Planning and calendar — Gantt load of the fleet, vehicle booking and crew working-time control.
• Profit analytics (Deal Score) — Take the job or not: margin, €/km, empty mileage from GPS and corridor profitability before the shipment is accepted.
• Excel / CSV reports — Structured exports of trips, expenses and margin.
