How Vega TMS works

An isolated corporate contour for a European road haulier: dispatch, documents, driver settlements and analytics in one workspace on your subdomain.

Data isolation

Tenant architecture

Each company opens as company.vegatms.com with its own database schema. Platform neighbours cannot see shipments, files, rates or driver personnel. The RBAC matrix applies to the menu and the API — no employee steps outside their role.

Role model

A strict permission matrix: the dispatcher never sees payroll, the accountant never re-types a trip, the driver only works their assignment.

• Dispatcher — Shipment card, truck/trailer/driver, shift board, live map, ETA and DriveTalk calls without exchanging private numbers.
• Accountant — Outgoing invoices, OCR of receipts and statements, CMR checks, driver payroll and a password-protected document archive.
• Manager — Deal Score (take the job or not), margin and €/km by country corridor, fleet load and tenant settings.
• Driver — Trip and points in the Android app, receipt photos into expenses, en-route statuses, SOS and push notifications.

Trip lifecycle

• Shipment — Customer, route, rates, truck, trailer and driver on one card. Statuses instead of messenger threads.
• Execution — Map, ETA, DriveTalk chat and calls from the trip, tachograph and fuel via Oregon and CargoTrack.
• Documents — CMR from the scanner, signature, scan OCR and a protected link for the client — no folder dump to disk.
• Money — Outgoing invoice, receipts into expenses, driver payroll and a monthly ZIP archive for the accountant.

Field and office

One trip stays in sync between the workspace, the driver’s phone and the scan station. The office sees statuses and files as they appear; the driver does not run a parallel messenger chat.

• Web workspace — Full dispatcher, accountant and manager UI at company.vegatms.com.
• Driver Android app — Route, statuses, receipt photos, DriveTalk and SOS without private numbers.
• Scan station — Streaming CMR intake on Windows/Linux straight into the trip card.
